FAQ: I’ve assigned a cart. How do I search for the assigned cart in eShop?

When can you search for an assigned cart?

• Unless it has been submitted into the workflow or approved, you cannot search for an assigned cart for 3 days after it has been assigned.

How do I recall an assigned cart?

• If an assigned cart is not actioned within 3 days (i.e. by the person you assigned it to), you will receive an email with a link to the assigned cart.  At that point you can withdraw the assigned cart.
• If you need to withdraw the assigned cart before you receive the email, you will have to email the person you assigned it to and ask them to return it to you.
