Paul Wilson joined Carleton’s Riddell Graduate Program in Political Management in 2011 after serving in the office of several federal cabinet ministers, including as director of policy to the Prime Minister. His research focuses on political staffers and government institutions. He has a Ph.D. in early modern English history.
