Social Worker and Soft Skills Lecturer at FPT University in Can Tho

Thuy To Tram Nguyen is a social worker and lecturer with over a decade of experience supporting women, girls, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Vietnam. She has worked extensively with survivors of human trafficking and individuals with disabilities, integrating her background in social work with education and advocacy.

Currently a Soft Skills Lecturer at FPT University in Can Tho, Thuy mentors students in community engagement and social impact projects. Her work focuses on promoting inclusive education, capacity building, and policy advocacy to enhance social welfare and empowerment for PWDs and children with special needs.

A graduate of Flinders University’s Master of Disability Policy and Practice program, Thuy is committed to transforming disability knowledge into practical action for inclusion and social change.
