Graduate students should consider attending all or part of Carleton’s Psychology Mental Health Day on October 18.

Psychology Mental Health Day is for raising awareness, providing education on mental health issues and promoting well-being – with the goal of connecting the community to resources on and off campus.

There will be an expert panel discussion on mental health today, a variety of workshops, and a keynote address on stress and coping.

Workshops will address topics like anxiety, stress, depression, problem gambling, procrastination, mindfulness, the science of happiness, personality types, shyness, addiction and cannabis, bullying and cyberbullying, healthy living and relationships, and workplace harassment and discrimination.

All are welcome to attend.
