The workshop will include an introduction to census data and GIS data manipulation and processing. Once complete, students will be able to navigate the user interface, manage geospatial data, work with attribute tables as well as be able to conduct attribute and spatial joins as well as clip datasets.
Current TAs can claim this workshop as part of their paid pedagogical training hours provided they complete the workshop during a term they are working as a TA.
