Megan Montgomery is a MSc Candidate in Dr. Joerg Overhage’s Microbiology and Infectious Disease laboratory at Carleton University. She completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences at Carleton University. Megan’s research focuses on understanding how polymicrobial biofilms contribute to the development of chronic wounds through their interspecies interactions and their interactions with the human immune system.
