Hasith De Alwis is a first-year computer science student who is passionate about innovation and constantly learning. He aspires to be a web developer when he is older, and has a strong desire to use his technical abilities to strengthen community ties and for social good. Within tech, he has experimented with AI and hopes to learn about the different ways he can incorporate AI and Machine Learning to help the world.

Outside of tech, Hasith is an avid athlete who played competitive badminton and did track and rugby his whole life. Currently, he is training for his first triathlon which will take place at the end of the summer!
