Hello, I’m Helen Nwankwo, the founder of Poshy Foods Inc. With a background in Microbiology and an MBA, I’m currently advancing my expertise with a Master’s in Business Analytics and Technological Management . My journey has been diverse, encompassing roles in sales and managing service-oriented companies in Nigeria, as well as leading my own client support and services firm right here in Canada.

At Poshy Foods, we’re passionate about bringing the rich, authentic flavors of African cuisine to North America. Our mission is to provide healthy, preservative-free, and flavorful packaged foods that resonate with immigrants seeking a taste of home and food enthusiasts eager to explore new culinary horizons.

Since launching, we’ve expanded our presence to over 12 specialty stores in Ottawa and Gatineau, with plans to reach markets in Toronto and Montreal within the 2nd quarter of this year.
