Throughout her career, she has consistently showcased a remarkable ability to deliver value-added outcomes to firms. From successfully introducing new business lines and products to seamlessly collaborating with cross-functional teams, Sherika’s contributions have been consistently impactful.

Sherika holds a Master of Applied Science in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica. Sherika’s academic foundation and practical experience, equips her with a unique blend of skills and insights that will be valuable to the Innovation Hub.  As a Program Facilitator for the Breakthrough Program, she is perfectly positioned to leverage her expertise to support student entrepreneurs.
