History was made by Canada at the UN’s Global Refugee Forum in Geneva in December 2019 when it included a refugee advisor, Mustafa Alio, as a formal member of the Canadian delegation. This event will share insights from that experience and ideas on where global efforts on promoting and supporting refugee participation in all aspects of refugee research, policy and practice.
