Felicity Okoth
Tutorial Fellow, Moi University
Felicity Okoth is a migration research consultant at the African Migration and Development Policy Centre (AMADPOC) and a tutorial fellow at Moi University, Kenya. She currently teaches undergraduate courses on migration and intercultural relations in the departments of Communication Studies and Political Science. Felicity has a Masters degree in International Migration and Ethnic Relations from Malmo University, Sweden. Felicity is funded by the EU-ACPII Erasmus Mundus program and currently pursuing her PhD, which focuses on Kenyan refugee livelihoods using an intercultural communication lens. As a migration consultant, Felicity has taken part in various projects namely:
- Free and Safe Movement in Africa funded by the Open Society Foundation
- Evaluation of the EU–Horn of Africa Regional Development Protection Program funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- EU-Trust Fund Mid-Term Review of the Kalobeyei Integrated Settlement.
