Nejra Sumic
Senior National Field Manager, We Are All America; Advisor, United States Refugee Advisory Board
Nejra Sumic is a human rights activist and advocate. She is a former Refugee who was forced to flee from her home country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After escaping a genocide in her country, Nejra and her family were granted asylum as refugees in the United States.
Nejra received her Master’s in Public Administration at Western International University and is fluent in three languages.
In her current role, she is the Senior National Field Manager of the We Are All America and an Advisor on the United States Refugee Advisory Board. Through her work, she co-authored the book “Divine Love” and is most passionate about human rights issues.
