Pascal is a LERRN Research Associate at Carleton University. He is the camp site coordinator for the Refugee Led Research Hub. He is from DR Congo and lives in Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya. Pascal is the founder and executive director of Action pour le Progrès, a community-based organisation in the camp. He has experience in developing community initiatives that empower refugee communities. He has previously worked for the Kenya Red Cross Society, Jesuit Refugee Service. Jesuit Worldwide Learning and the Refuge Economies at Oxford University. He has completed the RSC Pathways course and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management
