Associate Editor and Project Writer

I am a PhD student in Political Science at Carleton University. Prior to studying at Carleton, I completed my MA in Politics & International Relations at the University of Auckland in New Zealand and my BA in International Relations at the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada.

My PhD thesis research looks at the legal and policy development processes for those forcibly displaced by climate change. My past research projects and other areas of interest include climate change and its impacts on human security, the role of the UNHCR, the issues and challenges around the term climate refugee, and, more generally speaking, the broader debates surrounding the politics of migration.
