- Common mistakes: Why did my parking code not work?

Your parking code will not be applied if you make any of the following mistakes:
- You filled in your HotSpot form before the day of your lecture.
- You filled in your HotsSpot form before the time designated for your specific series.
- You did not fill in the correct code for the form.
- You did not input “4 hours” as the time of your stay.
- You used Carleton University’s general HotSpot form (and not the validation link sent in your welcome email).

- Will there be parking and is there a fee?

LLeaP participants who have registered for a paid seat will receive a discount code for on-campus visitor lot parking. The discount link, code and parking instructions can be found in the welcome email received after registering for an in-person, on-campus LLeaP series.
- Carleton University’s Parking Services uses Hotspot for all parking validations/payments. You can validate/pay for parking using the link provided in your registration welcome email. The link can be opened in a web browser or from the Hotspot app. See this page for more information and instructions.
- The online HotSpot link and discount code will enable enrolled participants to access LLeaP’s discounted parking rate. The discounted rate is only applicable on the dates and times of the series (with some buffer time).
- Parking on campus is first-come-first-served. Click here to learn more about visitor parking lots.
