The Learning in Retirement program at Carleton University provides affordable opportunities to learn for personal satisfaction. During the COVID-19 pandemic, ALL our offerings are online. Adults of all ages are welcome to participate in a community of life-long learners who enjoy acquiring knowledge about new topics, discussing issues of common interests, and sharing life-stories. Whatever your education background or interests, explore our intellectually stimulating non-credit offerings on a wide variety of subjects.

The Learning in Retirement office remains closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, but our staff are available to answer your questions. Please contact us at or call us at 613-520-3699 and leave a message. A staff member will return your call from a dedicated Learning in Retirement cell phone.
