Patricia Martone is a Ph.D. student studying occupational health psychology. Her research explores the unique workplace experiences of parents of children who have a disability and how these workplace experiences differ from those of parents of children without disabilities. She is further interested in better understanding experiences of employees who have a disability, focusing on the extent to which various leadership and organizational factors may contribute to improving well-being. Investigating what can be done to support employees who have a disability, as well as to support parents of children who have a disability are also among her research interests.
