Natasha Kunchur, a PhD student in our team, has been awarded two highly competitive national scholarships!
Natasha accepted the award sponsored by the Canadian Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Foundation (CAAIF), and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research Institute of Circulatory and Respiratory Health (CIHR-ICRH). The award is supporting her research in asthma: Mapping airway remodelling in asthma using multimodal Raman-Second Harmonic Generation imaging and machine learning. She was also awarded (and declined) a PhD scholarship from the Canadian Lung Association.
