Neuroscience Colloquium Series

Fall 2024 – Winter 2025

The Neuroscience Colloquium Series is an opportunity for both students and faculty members to attend a lecture from a researcher to learn about the groundbreaking advances being made in field. Lectures will take place in-person on Fridays, starting at 11:30am. Weekly notices will be distributed advertising the speaker in more detail. If you would like to be added to our mailing list, please contact our Departmental Administrator, Ryan MacKay, via e-mail at Ryan.MacKay@carleton.ca

During weeks where there is no guest speaker, we will be showcasing our Brainbytes Series. Brainbytes is a neuroscience cafe for our gradute students to share thesis plans, gain experience presenting, answer questions, and build momentum for works in progress. It is an opportunity to share knowledge among colleagues within the department and includes both human and animal based research.
