Please note that all of the important IT services, including FAST and cuPortfolio, have now been restored following an issue with Carleton’s Storage Area Network (SAN).
ITS will follow up on all other services which are less in demand and restore them as well.

ITS Service Alert Update #3

To All Members of the Carleton Community,
ITS has restored Carleton’s Storage Area Network (SAN) to an operational state and is in the process of bringing infrastructure services back online. ITS is starting with voice, email and other tier one services, including cuLearn and Carleton Central, and will continue working through the evening until all services are fully restored.
We will provide an update as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience.

ITS is currently conducting emergency maintenance on IT services. Degraded performance and intermittent outages will be experienced for multiple services during this time.
At this point, there is no estimated time for restoration of all services. An update will be circulated as the work progresses.
