Network Issues

February 7, 2019

Update 1 – 10:06 a.m.

Carleton email services are once again accessible. We have a workaround in place that will mitigate the impact of the network issue as we continue to work on the resolution. You may still experience slow internet connections until the network problem is fully resolved.

Original Message – 8:57 a.m.

Carleton University is experiencing network issues and some people do not have access to their email.

The cause has been identified and full restoration of the network is expected by noon.

Carleton University’s Information Technology Services is providing updates here.
