Pre-Registration for On-Campus COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Starting June 2, 2021, Carleton’s Health and Counselling Services will begin administering first-dose mRNA (Moderna) vaccines for eligible people aged 18 or older in 2021. In order to better facilitate appointment bookings and to help determine need, members of the Carleton community are asked to pre-register for their vaccine as soon as possible.
To pre-register for an appointment, you must be:
- aged 18 or older in 2021
- a Carleton employee, student or approved contractor
- eligible for the first vaccine dose only
After pre-registering online, a patient coordinator from Health and Counselling Services will email you within 24-48 hours to confirm the date and time of your vaccine.
