Thanksgiving Weekend: What’s Open and Closed at Carleton

Carleton University will be closed for the Thanksgiving statutory holiday on Monday, Oct. 11, 2021. The university will reopen on Tuesday, Oct. 12.

Please take note of the following hours of operation at Carleton during the Thanksgiving weekend.

MacOdrum Library Schedule

Saturday, Oct. 9, open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 10, open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The MacOdrum Library will be closed Monday, Oct. 11. The library will reopen on Tuesday, Oct. 12.

Dining Services Schedule

Dining Services remains open with limited locations over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Starbucks, Residence Commons: Saturday, Oct. 9 and Sunday, Oct. 10 open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Closed Oct. 11

Tim Hortons, Athletics Building: Saturday, Oct. 9 and Sunday, Oct. 10 open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Closed Oct. 11

The Caf, Residence Commons: Saturday, Oct. 9 to Monday, Oct. 11 open from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Athletics Hours of Operation

Fitness Centre: Saturday, Oct. 9 and Sunday, Oct. 10, open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Fitness Centre will have reduced hours Monday, Oct. 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Pool: Saturday, Oct. 9, open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 10, open 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 11, open 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Ice House: Saturday, Oct. 9, open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 10, open 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 11, 6:30 a.m. to 12 a.m.
