What’s Open and Closed: Easter Weekend

Carleton University is closed on Friday, March 29 and Sunday, March 31. The university reopens on Monday, April 1.

Some facilities continue to operate throughout Easter weekend, however, please note reduced hours below.

Dining Services

The Caf will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. throughout the weekend.

Starbucks Page Break in MacOdrum Library will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 30 and Sunday, March 31.

All other Dining Services locations will be closed from Friday, March 29 to Sunday, March 31, inclusive.

Health and Counselling Services

Health and Counselling Services will be closed on Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1. Regular hours resume Tuesday, April 2.

MacOdrum Library

The library will be closed on Friday, March 29. Chat service will also be closed.

The library will be open on Sunday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Athletics

The fitness centre will be open on Friday, March 29, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There will be no CUFit or instructional fitness classes.

The fitness centre will have regular hours on Saturday, March 30 and Sunday, March 31. CUFit classes will resume on Monday, April 1.

On Friday, March 29, the pool will be open for recreational swimming from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

On Saturday, March 30, the pool will be open for recreational swimming from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

On Sunday, March 31, the pool will be open for women’s only swim from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., and for recreational swimming from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

On Monday, April 1, the pool will be open for recreational swimming from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
