What’s Open and Closed: Civic Holiday

Carleton University will be closed for the Civic Holiday on Monday, Aug. 4, and will reopen on Tuesday, Aug. 5. Some facilities continue to operate throughout the long weekend.

Please note facility closures or reduced hours of operation below.

 

Dining Services

On Aug. 4, Teraanga Commons Dining Hall will be open with normal hours of operation. All other Dining Services locations will be closed.

MacOdrum Library

MacOdrum Library will be closed from Aug. 2 to Aug. 4, inclusive. There will be no Chat Service on Aug. 4.

Athletics

On Aug. 4, the Fitness Centre will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The pool will have recreational swims from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

The Ice House will be open for rental bookings from 1 p.m. to midnight.
