What’s Open and Closed: Labour Day

Carleton University is officially closed for Labour Day on Monday, Sept. 7, and will reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 8. Some facilities continue to operate throughout the holiday, with reduced hours in some cases. 

Note facility closures or reduced hours of operation below. 

Dining Services 

On Sept. 7, the Dining Hall will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Quick Eats will continue to be open 24 hours.

MacOdrum Library 

The library will be open on Sept. 7, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Chat service will be closed from Sept. 5 to Sept. 7, inclusive.

Athletics 

On Sept. 7, the Fitness Centre will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There will be no CUFit classes. 

The pool will offer a recreational swim from 1 to 3 p.m.
