International Arctic S&T Collaboration and Engagement Workshop

The Canadian Polar Commission and the Canadian High Arctic Research Station are pleased to host an International Arctic Science and Technology (S&T) Collaboration and Engagement Workshop involving Canadian and international polar research institutions. This workshop will facilitate the sharing of current and future Arctic S&T priorities to explore opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation between Canadian and international polar research institutions.
The one-day workshop will take place on Tuesday, December 9th, 2014 on the margins of the international Arctic Change 2014 Conference at the Shaw Centre (55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Canada). The workshop is free of charge and open to all who wish to attend. Please note that the working language of the workshop will be English.
To confirm your attendance at the workshop, please indicate your name, organization affiliation and whether or not you plan to register for Arctic Change 2014 in an email to Sandy.bianchini@polarcom.gc.ca.

Atelier sur l’engagement et collaboration internationales en science et technologie arctiques

La Commission canadienne des affaires polaires et la Station canadienne de recherche dans l’Extrême-Arctique ont le plaisir de tenir un atelier sur l’engagement et collaboration internationales en science et technologie (S&T) arctiques impliquant de grands spécialistes canadiens et les établissements internationaux de recherche polaire. Cet atelier facilitatera l’échange d’information sur les priorités actuelles et futures en matière de S&T arctiques pour explorer les occasions d’intensifier d’avantage la collaboration bilatérale entre les établissements canadiens et internationaux de recherche polaire.
Cet atelier d’une journée aura lieu mardi le 9 décembre 2014 en marge de la conférence internationale Arctic Change 2014 au Centre Shaw (55, promenade Colonel By, Ottawa, Canada). Cet atelier est ouvert au public, sans frais. La langue de travail de l’atelier sera l’anglais.
