Technologies for Emotional and Mental Wellbeing
We design, prototype, and study interactive systems, both digital and physical, that support emotional awareness, mental health, and self-regulation. Our work explores how positive technologies can address youth anxiety, sleep issues, grief, and stress through emotion-centered design, personal data tracking, and embodied experiences.
Core methods: Personal informatics, emotion-centered design, tangible interfaces, data physicalization, narrative design
