The Ontario Labour Relations Board has declared that the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has acquired the rights, privileges and duties of its predecessor, the Carleton University Postdoctoral Association (CUPA) by reason of a transfer of jurisdiction. The decision can be read here.
