Matt is a graduate student in Psychology at Carleton University. Hailing from St. John’s, Matt did his undergraduate honors degree at Memorial University under the supervision of Dr. Brent Snook (Psychology) and Dr. Lisa-Jo K. van den Scott (Sociology). Currently, Matt’s research interests include investigative interviewing techniques, legal rights comprehension, & police-civilian interactions. Matt’s previous research has included topics like involuntary celibacy, and pseudoscientific bait evidence, and he is always open to exploring new research areas. Outside of school, Matt is a member of the Carleton Raven’s Lacrosse team, an avid gym-goer, and a self-titled “craft beer guy.”
