We are currently piloting approvals within FAST Pcard. This means that after uploading receipts for each transaction, a user is able to submit their statement to their supervisor for approval electronically. As part of our recent FAST upgrade on September 1, some changes from the feedback of the pilot group were implemented. Cardholders will notice new menu options on the landing page referring to “historic statements.” Cardholders not in the pilot group can ignore these changes for now.
Another important change affecting cardholders who currently use the receipt upload in FAST Pcard is new functionality that allows you to drag and drop files or upload them in the “Add New Documents” pop-up. Additionally, users now have the option to include comments for each receipt.
The pilot will be widened to the rest of the users on campus in the upcoming months.
