On Friday, Oct 25th, 2024 Carleton University’s QES-AS-WA project hosted a seminar in Lagos, Nigeria. QES-AS-WA scholars participated in the conference either virtually in person. Professor Nduka Otiono, Principal Investigator of Carleton University’s QES-AS-WA project and Director of the Institute of African Studies, was Chief Host of the QES Conference.

Her insightful presentation was both informative and inspiring for your scholars.

The expertise and real-world experiences of these speaker resonated deeply with our scholars, partners, and audience providing them with practical advice and motivation as they navigate their academic and professional journeys. Your encouragement to embrace challenges, pursue their passions, and strive for excellence has undoubtedly ignited a spark within them.

Our QES-AS-WA scholars Yemisi, Sophia, Bunmi, Gloria, Odile and Rashidat participated the conference in person while other scholar attended virtually.
