Before the summer zooms past, we are so proud to profile a valuable Scholars at Risk program effort and a resulting summary report you can review via the link below.

Together with course developer Megan Graham, SAR Carleton co-Chair and SAR Canada Steering Committee member Norah Vollmer hosted a series of 9 workshops for 40 at-risk scholars from across Canada who participated in our Academic Advancement and Career Alignment certificate program, aimed at helping at-risk scholars navigate the Canadian context and their next steps in Canada.  Yousra Salem, Temidayo Fawole, and Mahmoud Rahim have now completed their independent evaluation with some excellent recommendations to move forward, as outlined in a thorough report.  Thank you to all our presenters and the scholars who joined us. We invite you to read the report here.  We welcome your thoughts and any questions!
