Professors Anne Trépanier (Indigenous and Canadian Studies and French ) and Catherine Khordoc (French and Indigenous and Canadian Studies) are the architects of Carleton’s new Québec Studies Minor available to students beginning this term, Fall 2020.

The Minor will be based out of both the Department of French and the School of Canadian Studies and can be added to a student’s Major or Combined Major giving students a truly interdisciplinary education in Québec Studies.

Students will be required to have a reasonable level of language competency. This knowledge of French will help facilitate practicum, community engagement, co-op, and experiential learning opportunities.
