BFE 2024 Conference
Team member Dr. Lyndsey Copeland presented a paper at the 2024 annual conference of the British Forum for Ethnomusicology. The conference was held 4–8 April 2024 in Cork, Republic of Ireland, and presentations centred around the conference theme “The Impacts of Ethnomusicology”. Dr. Copeland’s presentation, “Self-conscious reflections on the design and implementation of a community archiving project”, offered critical remarks on our research team’s experience of planning and realizing participatory action research, and fostered conversation about best practices in community archiving.
