- Helps students manage stress and improve academic performance by navigating the personal stressors that can often get in the way of school. Students are set up to meet 1-on-1 with a Coordinator for 1 hour every week for 12 consecutive weeks. FITA also offers a one-off session to determine whether the program is suited for you.

With the app, you can chat with a counsellor, consult professionals via video conferencing, call the 24/7 helpline, and access other health and wellness resources.

- A free skill-building program designed to help individuals manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Services are delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos.

- Offers short-term individual counselling for students struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, personal stress, academic stress, etc. Some counsellors specialize in issues impacting international students, those who have experienced sexual violence, and LGBTTQS2+ students.

- Weekly peer support meetings for individuals struggling with or wanting information on their own or someone else’s substance use, facilitated by persons with lived and living experiences with substance use and addiction. Meetings are non-committal, confidential, and do not require attendees to abstain from substances if they so choose.
