The Campus Card Office has become aware that a proportion of students who attempt to renew their U-Pass for Winter 2022 have been unable to do so due to a technical error. This is currently under investigation by our transit partner.

Impacted students will receive an email to their CMAIL account from the Campus Card Office. This email contains a request for additional information and support with trouble shooting. The Campus Card Office kindly requests replies as soon as possible.
