Healthy Smartphone Apps Workshop (Jan 31 2013)

On January 31 2013, the iTeam volunteers were delighted to be invited by Carleton’s Healthy Workplace department to present a workshop on smartphone and tablet “apps” that can help you organize and meet your health and wellness goals for the New Year! Here is a list of Apps we presented.

1. Workout Programs and Trackers
