Preparing for Summer 2025 Courses

Course outlines for early and full summer courses should be made available to registered students by April 28, 2025.

Course outlines for late summer courses should be made available to registered students by June 25, 2025.

April 28, 2025: Course outlines for early summer and full summer courses must be made available to students
May 5, 2025: Early summer term classes begin
May 19, 2025: Statutory holiday – no classes
June 17, 2025: Last day of early term classes
June 20-26, 2025: Final examinations in early summer courses and mid-term examinations in full summer courses will be held.
July 2, 2025: Late summer classes begin, full summer courses resume.

The Academic Year (Graduate and Undergraduate Studies) schedule contains the dates prescribed by the University Senate for academic activities for each academic term.

If you plan to use e-proctoring for online exams, you must indicate this on your course outline. For more information on e-proctoring, including fees, please consult the SES e-proctoring webpage.
If you plan to use Scheduling and Exam Services that have fees or incur a charge, you must obtain approval from the chair/director of your unit.
