Sugar rush for a good cause

Cupcakes, butter tarts, brownies and cookies — the students of Kroeger College baked and gorged themselves over two days to raise money so that a less-privileged family can enjoy a festive Christmas.  The two-day bake sale raised some $200 for the cause, which is administered by the Shepherds of Good Hope.  Fundraising efforts continue.  The money will go toward Christmas dinner and gifts for the family.  Congratulations to the AKCESS team who spearheaded the effort.
