Three recent B.PAPM grads — Maria Loveys, Sofija Vrbaski and Mozynah Nofal — were part of the Hayat Humanitarian fact-finding convoy that visited refugee camps in Syria earlier this month, documenting conditions so as to make recommendations to various aid organizations about the needs of Syrian refugees.  The team of 15 included members from Canada, the U.K., Morocco, Turkey and Egypt, and they were supported by Human Appeal International, Human Concern International, and others.  The convoy visited four refugee camps, a hospital, a media centre and a school over five days.  Some $100,000 of aid is scheduled to be distributed to the refugee camps this month.
