B.PAPM graduate Keith Marquis (’09) has had his Honours Research Essay published by the Regulatory Governance Initiative. The paper – “’Responsive’ Securities Regulation: An Assessment of the Enforcement Practices of the Ontario Securities Commission” – was supervised by Vlasios Melessanakis. Keith is now a Master’s student in the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University.
