Hearts & Mines, the alt-band formed by B.PAPM student Matt Luloff (lead vocals, guitar) following his military service in Afghanistan, will be releasing their third album at the Rainbow in Ottawa’s Byward Market on May 4. The album is produced by Jordon Zadorozny, who has worked with the Sam Roberts Band and Melissa Auf der Maur. Over the past year, with development assistance from NewCap Radio, Hearts & Mines have been playing shows across Ontario as well as making multiple television and radio appearances. Committed to social change and social justice, the band includes Jason Watts on drums and backing vocals, Rob Hanlon on bass and Michael Pineault on keys. They are also booked to play the big stage at HOPE Beach Summerfest at Mooney’s Bay in July.
