Björk may have grabbed the headlines when it was announced she would be playing Ottawa’s Bluesfest this summer — along with bands such as Flogging Molly, The Tragically Hip and The Dixie Chicks — but so will Hearts & Mines, the band formed and fronted by fourth-year B.PAPM student Matt Luloff following his experience with the Canadian Forces in Afghanistan.
