Hilary is currently a researcher at the Earnscliffe Strategy Group, where she works on a variety of public opinion studies dealing with a wide range of policy areas including energy, environment and health care.
Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Hilary served as Executive Assistant to John Fraser, MPP for Ottawa South. In this role, Hilary was responsible for the day to day management of the riding office, coordination of local announcements and events, and communications.
In addition to her Master’s Degree in Political Management, Hilary holds a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University.
