Recruitment started for new B.Eng. in Architectural Conservation and Sustainability program

Carleton’s new Architectural Conservation and Sustainability Engineering program teaches students to approach the design and retrofit of new and existing buildings with sustainability as the primary objective, which includes considering the life cycle costs and impacts of the materials selected, the energy needs and consumption, and the effective reuse and adaptation of existing structures. Students in the program will work closely with Carleton’s architecture students and will have the option of following a Structures stream or an Environmental stream after their second year. The program offers co-op as well.
