Brodie Hobson, PhD, Building Engineering wins Governor General Gold Medal award

Congratulations Brodie Hobson, PhD, Building Engineering! He was awarded the Governor General’s Gold Medal at the fall convocation that was held on Saturday, November 9, 2024.  He was supervised by Professor Burak Gunay, and his thesis title was on the “Next-generation sequences of operation for occupant-adaptive building HVAC systems”. The Governor General’s Gold Medal is awarded to the graduate student at the top of the graduating class.
