The 2026 Design Capstone Project Presentation

March 9, 2026

Time to read: 2 minutes

Under the guidance of their faculty supervisors, teams of students solve open-ended practical engineering problems through the integration and application of knowledge and skills that have been acquired and developed over the course of their engineering program.

On March 9, 2026, undergraduate students in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Department presented their 4th Year Capstone Design Projects at the Engineering Design Centre. This event celebrated the conclusion of the year-long capstone project course by fourth-year students in our three programs: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architectural Conservation and Sustainability Engineering.

This event showcased the hard work and efforts of the students and the wide range of expertise students have gained during their study at Carleton University to their colleagues, mentors, and guests. We are proud to showcase our students who took this opportunity to present their work to the academic community with their teammates.
