Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Environmental Engineering
Carleton University’s Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Environmental Engineering program is one of the few in Canada that provides a solid background in environmental engineering and the environmental aspects of chemistry and biology. Environmental Engineers find employment opportunities in the industry, municipalities, consulting firms, federal and provincial regulatory agencies and research establishments.
Our program includes a modified common engineering core program, a group of courses specific to environmental engineering, additional courses in biology and chemistry, and other complementary courses from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
A co-op program is available for all undergraduate programs and provides a unique combination of study and work experience terms ranging in length from 4 to 16 months.
(See the Co-op website for details on the Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering Co-op programs)
