Bill Taylor

A professional engineer with a civil engineering degree from Carleton University, Bill has gained a wide range of expertise and experience through his 38 year career in the provision of engineering services. Recently retired, Bill has held progressively senior roles and responsibilities in the public sector (local and regional government levels) as well as in the private consulting engineering sector where he spent 20 years, including 7 as President of the Canadian operations of Morrison Hershfield Group, an employee owned multi-disciplinary engineering company with offices in Canada and the United States.
